Set for the manual restoration of yellowed and matte plastic headlight lenses. Yellowing, matting and fine scratches are removed in 2 easy steps before the treated surfaces are permanently sealed and protected against fading once again. The application restores the original clarity of the headlights.

In addition to the improved appearance of the headlights and an increase in value for the entire vehicle, the improved light output provides greater driving safety through better seeing and being seen. For 2 applications with 2 lamps each. Contents: 75 ml SONAX headlight polish, 2 x 5 ml SONAX headlight sealant, 2 polishing sponges, 1 sanding disc holder, 8 sanding discs P3000, 8 sanding discs P5000, 6 polishing fleece

1. Smoothing

- Before starting, wash the surfaces to be treated with SONAX gloss shampoo.
- Then mask off the edges of the bonnet, wings, radiator grille and bumper.
- Stick the somewhat coarser P3000 sanding pads (colourless self-adhesive back) onto the supplied grey sanding pad holder, moisten with water and sand the headlights with light pressure until an even, slightly matte surface has formed.
- Keep moistening the surface with water.
- Then remove the sanding residue with one of the supplied polishing fleeces.
- Then repeat the procedure with the ultra-fine sanding discs P5000 (red self-adhesive side).

2. Polishing

- Apply SONAX headlight polish to the white side of the supplied polishing sponge and polish the surface of the headlight with medium pressure until the matting has disappeared.
- Add more polishing compound again as needed.
- To check and at the end of the polishing process, wipe off the polishing residue with a polishing fleece.

3. Seal

- Tear open a sachet of headlight sealant and pour the liquid it contains onto a polishing pad.
- Rub the already smoothed and polished surfaces with the damp cloth and, after a short drying time, wipe off with a clean and dry polishing fleece.
- One sachet is enough for 2 headlights.
