Ceramic long-term coating for plastic headlights on motor vehicles. The protective layer based on silicon-carbon, which is resistant to environmental influences and vehicle washing, prevents the headlight from fading due to the UV light in the sun. Durability up to one year. Effect confirmed by Osram. Packaging: 10 sachets of 5 ml, sufficient for 20 applications.
- If necessary, carefully prepare the headlights with SONAX Headlight Polish.
- Tear open a sachet and place it in a clean SONAX polishing fleece cloth and apply thinly to the clean and dry headlight. One sachet is intended for the treatment of two headlights.
- Wipe off the residue immediately with a SONAX ultra-fine microfibre cloth.
- Then observe a curing time of at least 4 hours, during which the vehicle must not get wet.
- The first wash should be carried out at the earliest after 1 week.
NOTE: Strongly alkaline pre-cleaners such as those in car washes can attack the protective layer. Therefore check regularly how water rolls off the headlight, as this provides information about the functionality of the coating. Re-coat if necessary.
