This load resistor was developed to draw the same amperage as a 21 Watt incandescent bulb. It is used on vehicles whose electronic components are not compatible with LED. This resistor must not be mounted on plastic, as it can heat up to 170°C.
When connecting to the direction indicator circuit: connect one cable of the resistor to the positive pole of the voltage source and the other cable to the negative pole or earth cable.
When connecting to the brake circuit: connect one cable of the resistor to the positive pole of the voltage source and the other cable to the negative pole or earth cable.
