2K ASSEMBLY ADHESIVE AND JOINT SEALANT

Construct 2K is a two-component system for bonding and sealing. Construct 2K has a very fast, shrink-free internal polymerisation and meets the highest standards for garage, industry and bodywork repairs. Construct 2K is UV- and weather-resistant, does not develop mould and is odourless. Construct 2K adheres to the most common materials: varnished and galvanised surfaces, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, steel, aluminium, paint, varnish, polyester, wood and most plastics. Construct 2K can still be reused after opening.

Perfect adhesion to most materials without the use of primer.

Quickly overpaintable with both solvent- and water-based paints, even wet-on-wet.

Use

• Remove the closing cap and pump until the two components flow evenly.
• Fit the mixer tip and extrude 5 cm until a homogeneous colour is obtained.
• Apply to a clean and stable substrate, cleaning with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam if necessary.

Replace the mixer tip after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Remove the mixer tip after use and store the cartridge with the closing cap.

When using a pneumatic gun: only with telescopic plungers.

After 1 hour the adhesive is hand-firm and ready for further processing or fitting.

  • after 3h: 1.1 N/mm².
  • after 24h: 2.1 N/mm².
• Elongation at break: >500%.
• Shelf life: 15 months, stored cool and dry in the original packaging.
