PROTECTIVE ELASTIC UNDERCOATING
IPR-570 Impact Protect is a versatile impact-resistant coating. It effectively dampens noise and vibrations, adheres durably to various materials and is overpaintable with virtually all paint systems. The coating offers strong chemical resistance and retains its properties within a wide temperature range, guaranteeing a long service life. Free of bitumen and silicones

Use
- Test the adhesion on plastics, powder coatings, exotic wood types and bituminous materials.
- Ensure a clean and dry substrate. Clean with a Safety Clean and/or Multifoam. Lightly sand smooth surfaces.
- Shake the spray can for 1 minute after the mixing ball has come loose.
- Spray a thin base layer from a distance of 25-40 cm. Build up layer by layer to a thickness of 0.2-1 mm, depending on the substrate and application. Preferably work in thin layers and wait until the previous layer is dry.
- After use: hold the spray can upside down and spray briefly to clean the nozzle.
- Can be painted after 90 minutes with most paint systems. Can also be used as a top layer without further finishing.
- Clean any splashes immediately with Safety Clean. After curing, the coating can only be removed mechanically.
