COMPRESSED-AIR GUN WITH TELESCOPIC PISTON
For applying all one-component adhesives and sealants. A patented system with a telescopic piston presses the product evenly out of the cartridge without compressed air coming into contact with the product. A quick-release system in the air pressure supply to the piston immediately stops the supply of product when the trigger is released.
The accessories supplied with the gun make it possible to process all one-component products, in plastic cartridges as well as in aluminium cartridges or sausage packaging. The pressure for dispensing the product is controlled with a micrometric pressure regulator, which results in perfect dosing and an extremely even flow. This pressure regulator makes it possible to dispense products of different viscosity without changing the pressure of the supply line.
With two types of nozzle, all structures can be achieved. A second micrometric pressure regulator allows the spray pattern to be adjusted.
