TRANSPARENT SELF-ADHESIVE PROTECTIVE FILM
Nova Clear Tape is a high-quality, transparent polyurethane film fitted with an acrylate adhesive. Nova Clear Tape is 100% transparent and can be moulded and overpainted.
Advantages
Protects hard surfaces against wear.
Temperature- and impact-resistant.
Thanks to 75% elasticity it can take on many shapes.
Can be painted.
Use
- Cut to the desired shape and round off the corners.
- Apply to a clean and dry surface. If necessary, first clean with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam.
- Remove the protective film, apply and rub flat evenly with a plastic spatula.

- Composition: film: polyurethane; adhesive: acrylate.
- Colour: transparent.
- Operating temperature: +8°C to +50°C.
- Temp. resistance: -40°C to +90°C.
- Tensile strength: 13,5 N/mm².
- Elasticity: > 75%.
- Thickness: 0,2 mm.
- Retention of properties: up to 7 years.
- Adhesion to: untreated aluminium, anodised aluminium, stainless steel, chromed steel, polyurethane, glass, acrylic, ABS,... .
- Important: do not apply to soft surfaces or surfaces that later break, peel, shrink or expand.

- 20 min. 180° >600 N/m
- 24 h 90° >530 N/m
- 24 h 180° >700 N/m.
- First test adhesion on surfaces based on PE, PP, silicones and bitumen.
- Shelf life: 36 months, dry, cool and frost-free.
