HI-TECH PTFE LUBRICANT
Lubricant filled with round micronised PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluor Ethylene) particles that act as well-adhering, filling ball bearings in the lubricating film.
Extends lubrication intervals and ensures professional, unique lubrication at high (250°C) and low (-50°C) temperatures.
Does not dry out, melt or freeze and has water-repellent properties.
Neutral, protective, wards off corrosion, prevents wear and is suitable both for heavy loads and for fine mechanisms.
Has a neutral pH value and is therefore safe for plastics, metals and rubbers.

Use
- Shake well before use.
- Apply to a clean surface.
- For hard-to-reach applications, use the extension tube.
Technical specifications
- Composition: mineral oil and micronised (5 microns) PTFE, extreme pressure additives, anti-rust and water-repellent components; contains no silicones.
- Viscosity: slightly thixotropic.
- Colour: transparent / white.
- Temperature resistance: -50°C to 250°C.
- Four Ball EP-Tesl (ASTM D 25%): 350 kg.
- Four Ball Wear-Test (ASTM D 2266): < 0,4 mm.
- pH: neutral.
- Chemical resistance: resistant to salts, aggressive vapours, sea air and weather influences.
- Resistant to weak acids and alkalis.
- Shelf life: 120 months, dry, cool and frost-free.
