2K CERAMIC-FILLED EPOXY STICK
Ceramic-filled epoxy resin, ideal for quick repairs, even under water, with adhesion to most substrates such as metal, hard plastic, wood, glass, stone,... . The cured Nova Wet Stick can be drilled, sanded, tapped and overpainted. After curing, Nova Wet Stick is very chemically loadable and electrically insulating.

Chemical- and pressure-resistant up to 75 N/mm².
Use
- Cut off the desired amount.
- Knead to a homogeneous colour.
- Apply to a clean and stable substrate.
If a higher temperature resistance than 150°C is required, use Nova Titan Stick.

- Composition: epoxy resins and ceramic powder.
- Form: hard paste.
- Odour: almost odourless.
- Colour after curing: white/beige.
- Working time: 30 minutes.
- Drying time: 60 minutes.
- Important: high temperatures accelerate the curing time, low temperatures slow the curing time.
- Chemical resistance: complete after 24 hours against, among others, alcohol, esters, salt water, oils, most acids and alkalis.
- Overpaintable: yes.
- Temperature resistance: from -50°C to +120°C and briefly up to +150°C.
- Tensile strength (DIN 53283): 6.2 N/mm².
- Compressive strength (DIN 53281-83): 75 N/mm².
- Shore hardness D: 65.
- Electrical resistance (ASTM D257): 5-11 Ohm/cm.
- Dielectric strength (ASTM D149): 3.0 KV/mm.
- Shelf life: 18 months, dry, cool and frost-free.
