PREVENTS AND SEALS LEAKS IN AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS

Applicable to all air conditioning and refrigeration systems, regardless of the gas used, for leaks up to 0,3mm.
The repair is visible with a UV lamp.
Reduces compressor noise and renews rubbers, o-rings, gaskets, ... .
Does not react to moisture or air.

Benefits

For R134a and R1234yf gas.

In both metal and rubber parts.

Permanent repair.

Seals several leaks in one treatment.

Use

Check whether there is enough gas in the air conditioning system, top up if necessary and check the operation of the compressor. If the system works, check the pressure again after 24 hours, as well as the operation of the air conditioning system. If a small pressure loss is found but the compressor still works, there is a repairable leak. A quick check can be made when drawing vacuum by checking the vacuum after fifteen minutes.
Empty and vent the air conditioning system (by drawing vacuum), replace the moisture filter and fill the system with gas and lubricant until the compressor can function.
Fit the coupling onto the low-pressure port and then the syringe onto the coupling. Introduce the entire contents of the syringe with the system running.
Remove the coupling (*) from the low-pressure port and complete the filling with the necessary gas.
Run the air conditioning system for about thirty minutes at maximum so that Novairco Stop S is optimally mixed with the gas.

One syringe is sufficient for systems up to 3,6 kg of gas.

(*) couplings:

Connector R1234yf: 743005390.

Connector R134A: 743004390.

Flexible extension hose: 743006390.
