MITRE ADHESIVE FOR ALUMINIUM CORNER PIECES
Solvent-free, does not attack materials, is ecological and low-odour. Maximises its bonding surface through slight expansion and, after curing, is well resistant to solvents.

For bonding corner pieces in the manufacture of windows and doors.
Extremely strong, ageing- and weather-resistant.

Use
As of 24 August 2023, appropriate training must have been completed for industrial or professional use.
- Apply on one side to a clean and dry surface.
- If necessary, clean with Multifoam and/or Safety Clean.
- Spread out according to the application, join the materials to be bonded.
- Fresh adhesive can be removed with Nova Wipe and cured adhesive only mechanically.
- Lightly moistening the adhesive (maximum 20ml per m²) promotes curing.

- Colour: beige.
- Thixotropic reactive PU adhesive.
- Density: 1,45 g/ml.
- UV resistance: good.
- Shear strength ISO 4587: +/- 12 N/mm².
- Temperature resistance: -30°C to +80°C.
- Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C.
- Open working time at 23°C and 55% RH: 10 to 15 minutes.
- Handling strength: depending on the adhesive thickness, the material, the temperature and the air humidity 30 > 60 minutes.
- Final bonding: depending on the adhesive thickness, the material, the air humidity and the temperature 24 to 48 hours.
- Not suitable for underwater applications and not on PE, PP, PTFE and bituminous materials.
- Do not expose to vapours or liquids with a high chlorine content.
- Shelf life: 12 months, store in closed packaging and dry between +5°C and +25°C.
