Novatio Seal & Bond MS Screen Plus - cartridge 290ml

ULTRA-FAST WINDSCREEN ADHESIVE

Seal & Bond MS Screen Plus is a 1-component adhesive based on MS Polymers that cures through air humidity. Seal & Bond MS Screen Plus requires no primer and dries quickly. Seal & Bond MS Screen Plus has a high initial adhesion and excellent permanent adhesion to varnish, bare metals, glass, PVC, aluminium. Seal & Bond MS Screen Plus has a high tensile strength and shows no signs of ageing. Easy removal of adhesive residues that have not yet cured. An opened cartridge can be stored for a long time.

Use

• Remove at least part of the “old” windscreen adhesive.
• Clean the bonding surface with Novatio Safety Clean and blow dry.
• Clean the windscreen with Novatio Safety Clean and/or Novatio Multifoam: spray on, rub with a cloth and wipe over with a clean cloth.
• Apply MS Screen evenly to the vehicle or to the windscreen.
• Open the windows, place the windscreen, press it on, correct and clamp if necessary (within 2 minutes).

• Time to put into service at 23°C at RH of 50%: 1 hour .
• Temperature resistance: from -40°C to + 90°C
• Processing temperature: lowest +5°C - highest +40°C.
• Chemical resistance:
  • good: with water, salt water, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases, diluted organic acids and alkalis;
  • moderate : ester, ketones and aromatics;
  • poor: concentrated acids, chlorinated solvents
• Weather resistance: perfect.
• Overpaintable: yes.
• Shelf life: 12 months, dry, cool and frost-free.
