FLEXIBLE SEALING AND FINISHING SEALANT

Sealtrans adheres perfectly to virtually all building materials and can be used safely everywhere: natural stone, mirrors, sanitary ware, worktops, … It is fully CE-certified for all these applications. This new generation of sealing compound is based on environmentally friendly technology. Unlike previous generations of silicones, Sealtrans contains no known toxic or harmful substances and is completely MEKO-free.

Use

• Processing temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
• Apply to a clean, stable and dry substrate.
• Use Safety Clean and/or Multifoam for safe cleaning and for removing uncured Novatio products. Use Seal & Bond Finisher for a perfect finish.

Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun (a telescopic plunger is recommended). Use Seal & Bond Special Primer on PE, PP, Teflon and polyolefin. First reinforce weak and/or porous substrates with Fixapox. Not overpaintable and not suitable for aquariums.

• Temperature resistance (after full curing): from -60°C to +155°C (peak up to +180°C).
• Frost resistance: to -15°C during transport.
• Shelf life: 18 months in closed, original packaging, cool and dry .
