STRUCTURAL PLASTIC REPAIR WITHOUT A CORD
Cordless plastic stapler (300 g) for structural repair and assembly of all thermoplastics. Compatible with Milwaukee, DeWalt, Bosch and Makita 18V batteries. Repairs cracked bumpers, dashboards, housings, tanks and containers without glue, primer or material identification. Includes 3 types of pre-cut staples (75 pieces) and 3 plastic smoothers.

Use
- Insert a compatible 18V battery (Milwaukee/DeWalt native, Bosch/Makita via adapter).
- Hold the on/off button until the red READY LED lights up.
- Select the correct staple type: squiggle (ends), winding (large cracks) or inside corner (90° corners).
- Place the staple in the terminals, position it on the crack and press the operating button.
- Press the heated staple in to about half the plastic thickness (max 1.0–1.5 mm).
- Let it cool, remove the handpiece and repeat along the entire crack.
- Break off any protruding staple parts and finish with the heated Plastic Smart Smoother.
