Special professional polishing agent for eccentric processing, ensures optimal scratch removal, impressive deep shine and unprecedented colour refreshment. Creates results in a 1-step process that was previously only possible with rotary tools. For a hologram-free top result. Removes sanding marks from P2000 sandpaper or finer. Also particularly suitable as a final polishing agent in a two-step polishing process.
- Shake bottle before use.
- Apply the product to the SONAX eccentric disc medium 143 or 165, depending on the size of the backing disc of the polishing machine used.
- If necessary, sand out any defects in advance with P2000 sandpaper or finer.
- Polishing phase 1: pressure: max. 5 kg - speed*: approx. 2000 rpm - time: 20 seconds
- Polishing phase 2: pressure: 1-2 kg - speed*: approx. 4000 rpm - time: 120 seconds
(*The speed varies depending on the machine type)
The specified times refer to one polishing cycle of an area to be polished of approx. 1 square metre of average hard paint.
- Remove residues with a SONAX ultra-fine microfibre cloth.
- Check the polishing result randomly by wiping with SONAX PROFILINE Prepare on an ultra-fine microfibre cloth and illuminating with a hologram lamp.
NOTE: Clean polishing pads regularly and never use different polishing agents on one pad.
