The RAP-350BU, a round rosette disc of 3" diameter with adhesive layer, is an excellent mounting surface to attach a suction cup system. Simply stick the plate on any surface and then attach the suction cup to the plate. This is perfect when you want to mount your suction cup holder to your car dashboard, INCLUDING CURVED SURFACES, vertically or horizontally, instead of to your windscreen.
