The RAP-398-BLK-202U consists of the black RAM® Bond-A-Base™, a flexible PVC mounting pad, and the C size 1.5" ball. This base allows the attachment of all C size socket arm components to complete any rugged RAM holder. Easy to install with the included 3M VHB double-sided adhesive pad that connects the Bond-A-Base™ to your kayak, stand-up paddleboard or inflatable vessel.
