The RAM-B-101-C-231ZU consists of a zinc-plated U-bolt base, a 6" long double socket arm and a round base of 2.5" diameter with the universal AMPS hole pattern. This package includes hardware suitable for rails from 0.50" to 1.25" diameter. The base includes black cover caps for the exposed ends of the U-bolt. The included composite rail adapter can narrow the rail to a minimum width of 0.5". The mount is designed with a patented RAM rubber ball-and-socket system of 1" diameter with adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm, allowing virtually infinite adjustability and perfect viewing angles.
