The RAM® Torque™ handlebar and rail mounting base has a 1" rubber ball and is suitable for rods of 1 1/8" to 1 1/2" diameter. Size inserts are included for a tight fit and protection of the rail. The holder uses nylon-insert lock nuts to prevent loosening in high-vibration environments. Included are a short double socket arm and a Level Cup™. This gyroscopic self-levelling cup holder is compatible with all cups, cans, bottles or mugs of 2.5" to 3.5" diameter.
