This key-lockable powered vehicle dock (RAM-HOL-SAM58CPKL-NFCU) for the Samsung Tab Active5 & Tab Active3 comes with a RAM® NFC Extender. The NFC Extender acts as an extension of the NFC reader on the back of the Tab Active5 & 3, giving end users easier access to the scanning function. With easier access to the NFC reader, tablet operators no longer have to remove the device from the docking station to scan — simply install the repeater on your docking station and easily provide access to programmes such as Tap To Pay, asset tracking, time management and more. The repeater extends up to 30cm long and is installed on the back of the dock, directly behind the device's NFC reader. This charging vehicle dock is designed to meet the demands of truck drivers, field service technicians, student transporters, logistics managers, forklift drivers and more. Power capabilities through the dock are delivered to the device via pogo pin technology, using the pogo pad docking contacts of the Tab Active5 & 3—simply place the device in the dock and the pogo pins align with the pattern of the pogo pads for a seamless charging experience. This dock is also compatible with the RAM® Skin™ or the device's factory skin, as well as GDS® Hand-Stand™ and shoulder strap accessories. Access to the stylus is retained while the device is docked. Included is a set of four nuts and bolts to connect the dock to any RAM® component with the universal AMPS hole pattern.
