The RAP-S-KNOB7-5U consists of a security knob with 5/16"-18 internal thread, a nut and a key knob. The RAP-S-KNOB7 replaces the knob directly beneath the gimbal plate on all RAM® swing arm holders. The RAP-S-KNOB7-5U offers the ideal amount of leverage to tighten your holder properly and prevent slipping in heavy swell or in environments with extreme vibration. With emphasis on aesthetics and function, the RAP-S-KNOB7-5U is low profile and adds only a small amount of extra bulk to your system compared to the standard supplied knob.
