The RAM® Tough-Claw™ and Tough-Ball™ are the perfect mounting base for tool-free installation and removal on round, square and irregularly shaped rails and bars. The small version of the RAM® Tough-Claw™ can be quickly clamped onto rails from .625" to 1.14" outer diameter and is ideal for mounting heavy duty cameras, including SIONYX night vision cameras. Perfectly suited for mounting on handlebars, rails or any flat edge. The seamless transition between RAM® versatility and the durability of steel enables a multitude of everyday - and out-of-this-world - applications. Since so many of the things we use contain threads and fasteners, there is truly no limit to the number of applications you will find for the RAM® Tough-Ball™. Consists of a rubber ball of 1.5" diameter, connected to a 1/4"-20 x .25" post with male thread. The male thread fits the most standard female threads of cameras and camcorders on the underside of the camera.
