The RAP-394-SSFU consists of the Tough-Tube™ rod holder, 2" long ratchet spline-post arm and square flush mounting base. The ratchet feature allows the tube to tilt 180 degrees forward and backward for optimal viewing angles. The flush mounting base includes 4 pre-drilled holes and an internal socket for spline-post arms.
