The RAP-119NB-UV1U consists of the RAM-TUBE™ 2008 rod holder, UV-blocking knob and single open socket for 1.5" RAM rubber balls. Thanks to the patented RAM rubber ball, socket and ratchet feature, you can rotate the rod holder 360 degrees, while tilting the holder forwards and backwards for the optimal angle. The RAM-TUBE™ 2008 tube holder integrates the patented rubber ball-and-socket design with a self-draining and quick-access tube for the handle of virtually any rod.
