This RAM® Vent-Temp™ temperature module accessory (RAM-VENT1-RND-50U) installs at the back of compatible RAM® and GDS® docks and attaches to round A/C vents of 3.67" in diameter using included cable ties. This version of the RAM® Vent-Temp™ channels air produced by your vehicle A/C system to cool or warm the docked tablet from the back. This is ideal for environments where the tablet needs to be cooled or warmed to maintain operating temperature during critical work functions. When properly installed and the vent cap attached to a round air vent, the hose adapter has integrated magnets for easy disconnection when the RAM® Vent-Temp™ is not needed, or when it snags on something causing the hose to be pulled. The included 50" flexible hose can be trimmed to the desired reach length from vent to tablet dock.
