The RAM-B-149Z-UN7U consists of a zinc-coated U-bolt base, double socket arm and universal X-Grip® holder. This package comes with mounting hardware for rails with a diameter of 0.50" to 1.25". The base includes black end caps that fit over the exposed ends of the U-bolt. The holder is equipped with the patented RAM system with a rubber ball and socket of 1" diameter, with adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this provides virtually infinite adjustability and perfect viewing angles. The supplied composite rail adapter can narrow the rail to a minimum width of 0.5". The supplied X-Grip® holder has a sleek and clever four-leg design with a strong grip, without hiding your phone behind foam pads and plastic. The spring-loaded X-Grip® holder expands and contracts, so your mobile phone fits perfectly. As the perfect complement to the modern, sleek interior of today's vehicles, the RAM X-Grip® is the evolved phone holder. The X-Grip® comes with a device tether that is recommended for outdoor use. The holder is compatible with handheld devices that fit within the dimensions listed below.
