The RAM® Tough-Claw™ is the ideal mounting base for tool-free installation and removal on round, square and irregularly shaped rails and bars. The small version of the RAM® Tough-Claw™ includes a B-size 1" rubber ball and can quickly be clamped onto rails with an outer diameter of 1.87" to 3.25" - ideal for mounting on an aircraft control column, the handlebars of bicycles and motorcycles, or even on kayak rails and roll bars. This kit includes a medium-length double socket arm and the popular spring-loaded RAM® X-Grip® phone holder with an 'X' design that expands and contracts for a perfect fit of your device - even with a case. The standard version of the RAM® X-Grip® fits phones from 1.75" to 4.5" wide and keeps your device fully functional and accessible. For outdoor use, the RAM® X-Grip® includes a device tether cord, which is recommended for extra security and peace of mind.
