Wheels, tyres and how they work

What are non-marking tyres?

Non-marking wheels are more wear resistant and leave few to no marks on floors. They are recognisable by their light colour: they are grey or even white. Non-marking tyres perform as well as or even better than regular, black solid rubber tyres. They have a low rolling resistance, firm grip and hardly generate any heat.

When to replace your tyres?

Driving on worn tyres is unsafe, drives up your energy consumption and is potentially harmful to your equipment. But how do you know when you should replace the wheels on your forklift, stacker or reach truck?
