General Terms:

2.         Return Period

1.1    Customers have the right to submit a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

2.         Return Conditions

2.1    The return must be accompanied by the return form, fully completed and enclosed with the product AND the original shipping invoice, otherwise, the return will not be valid.

2.2   The returned products must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

2.3   Products that are damaged, defective, leaking, or not in a resalable condition upon receipt of the return will not be eligible for a refund and will not be accepted.

2.4   Return/shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged by our supplier. Please contact us at info@jvdparts.be for assistance.

3.         Refund

3.1   Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, JVD Parts will proceed to refund the purchase amount within a period of 30 days.

3.2   Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3.3   Any shipping costs paid at the original purchase will not be refunded.

3.4   Passed-on discounts will not be refunded.

3.5   An administration fee of 12% will be deducted from the refund amount.

4.         Exceptions

4.1    Special orders and custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon receipt.

This return policy is drafted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the consumer protection laws of Belgium 2024. JVD Parts reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time, with customers being notified of such changes via the website or other communication channels.

By placing an order with JVD Parts, customers agree to the terms of this return policy.

Retourbeleid JVD Parts

Welkom bij JVD Parts. We streven ernaar om uw ervaring met onze producten zo probleemloos mogelijk te maken. Hieronder vindt u ons retourbeleid, ontworpen om uw rechten te respecteren en tegelijkertijd te voldoen aan de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving.

Algemene voorwaarden:

1.         Retourtermijn

1.1   Klanten hebben het recht om een retourzending in te dienen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van hun bestelling.

2.         Voorwaarden voor retournering

2.1   De retourzending moet vergezeld zijn van het retourformulier, volledig ingevuld en bijgevoegd bij het product EN de originele verzendnota, anders is de retour niet geldig.

2.2   De geretourneerde producten moeten in dezelfde staat verkeren als waarin ze zijn ontvangen, inclusief alle originele verpakkingen, labels en accessoires.

2.3   Producten die beschadigd zijn, defect zijn, lekken of niet in verkoopbare staat verkeren bij ontvangst van de retourzending, komen niet in aanmerking voor restitutie en worden niet geaccepteerd.

2.4   Retournerings- / verzendkosten dienen door de klant zelf betaald te worden, tenzij het product beschadigd is door onze leverancier. Neem hiervoor contact met ons op via info@jvdparts.be.

3.         Restitutie

3.1   Na ontvangst en inspectie van de geretourneerde producten zal JVD Parts overgaan tot restitutie van het aankoopbedrag binnen een termijn van 30 dagen.

3.2   Restituties worden verwerkt via dezelfde betaalmethode die werd gebruikt voor de oorspronkelijke aankoop.

3.3   Eventuele verzendkosten die zijn betaald bij de oorspronkelijke aankoop worden niet gerestitueerd.

3.4   Doorgerekende kortingen worden niet terugbetaald.

3.5   Bij terugbetaling wordt er een administratiekost van 12% verrekend op de restitutie.

4.         Uitzonderingen

4.1   Speciale bestellingen en op maat gemaakte producten komen niet in aanmerking voor retournering, tenzij ze defect zijn bij ontvangst.

Wettelijke naleving:

Dit retourbeleid is opgesteld in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving, inclusief de consumentenbeschermingswetten van België 2024. JVD Parts behoudt zich het recht voor om dit beleid op elk moment te wijzigen of bij te werken, waarbij klanten op de hoogte worden gebracht van dergelijke wijzigingen via de website of andere communicatiekanalen.

Bij het plaatsen van een bestelling bij JVD Parts stemmen klanten in met de voorwaarden van dit retourbeleid.
