The extension fork is used to temporarily extend the reach of a forklift truck (by up to 60%), for example when transporting a long load. The extension forks are slid over the normal forks and secured at the back with a pin. The extension forks are fully welded and not made of pieces of tubular material. This makes the construction much stronger and the extension fork will not tip over sideways.
