Equipped with GDS® Technology™ for data and charging capabilities and a combination lock against theft, the GDS® vehicle dock for Zebra ET5x 8.3" & 8.4" series tablets lets you connect one desired peripheral while the device stays charged via the pogo pin contacts when the device is docked. Power is supplied via the dock's 5.5mm DC power jack, while peripheral support is provided by the built-in USB Type-A cable and DB9 male connector. The dock also lets the tablet's scan function work through the recess at the back, which also accommodates tablet accessories such as scanner, rotating hand strap, keyboard, mouse, joystick and PowerPack battery. This vehicle dock is compatible with C and D size RAM® 4-hole AMPS and 75mm x 75mm VESA pattern bases to attach a double socket arm and complete your mounting solution. Take it a step further by using the built-in 2-hole mounting plate compatible with the RAM® 2-hole diamond base for mounting an additional device, such as a phone or other handheld device. An included optional accessory bracket lets you connect RAM® 2-hole diamond bases for device mounting and features a cable management system.
