Product information "King pin"
The king pin is the pivot pin of the steering knuckle in the steered axle.
The king pin forms the vertical pivot axis around which the wheel steers and carries the axle load. When worn, play develops in the steering and irregular tyre wear occurs; replacement restores the steering geometry and safety.
