FLAME-RETARDANT, DOSABLE INSULATION AND ASSEMBLY FOAM

B1 Foam is a B1 PUR foam within the German standard DIN4102, has a high insulation value both thermally and acoustically and meets the sound standards up to 57 db. B1 Foam adheres excellently to most materials and has a high dimensional stability; no shrinkage or post-expansion.

Use

As of 24 August 2023, appropriate training must be completed for industrial or professional use.

• Shake before use.
• Apply to a clean and stable substrate.
• Protect adjacent surfaces.

Moistening the substrate promotes adhesion and accelerates curing. Moistening between the layers and on the top layer also accelerates curing and increases the build-up capacity. Lower foam yield at low temperatures and freezing temperatures. For the use of the gun, see Foam gun. Clamp the can during every transport.

• Acoustic insulation (EN ISO 717-1): 58 dB.

• Temperature resistance: - 40°C to +90°C, briefly up to +110°C.
• Processing temperature: B1 Foam at least +5°C and substrate between -10°C and +35°C. Ideal product temperature: +20°C.
• 1 can = 38,5 litres of foam in free space and at ideal humidity and temperature.
• Shelf life: 18 months, dry, cool and frost-free.
