CONNECTING, SOLDERING, INSULATING AND SEALING TWO CONDUCTORS
For electrical connections in applications where no compromises are permitted regarding quality, reliability, service life and watertightness.
It is extremely easy to install, the quality of the connection can be checked visually, and no special tools are required for installation.
Can be applied to braided (flexible) and solid (rigid) conductors, both for copper and tinned versions, whether or not in combination.
Heat-shrink polymer tubing with two solder rings inside with integrated flux and two thermoplastic sealing rings.

Temperature resistant from -60°C to 130°C.
Use
Use a heat source, such as the Novaflame Multi Torch or a hot air blower (set to +350°C and fitted with a deflector).
Slide the conductors into the Duoflux and press the solder rings flat to hold the Duoflux in place.
Heat the Duoflux at the solder rings until they flow evenly and then heat the ends so that the coloured rings insulate and seal perfectly.
Allow to cool without moving.
Wire diameter:
Clear: from 0,2 mm to 0,7 mm
Red: from 0,5 mm to 1,0 mm
Blue: from 1,5 mm to 2,5 mm
Yellow: from 3,0 mm to 6,0 mm
