METAL PROTECTION BEFORE AND AFTER WELDING

Weld-through steel protection against rust. Easy to weld without spattering or burning away, with spot welding or semi-automatic.

After painting, it forms perfect rust protection with optimal adhesion.

Thanks to its fine composition, it is perfectly sprayable, with a spray pattern like that of a conventional spray gun.

Use

• After releasing the mixing ball, shake the can well before use.
• Apply to a clean and dry surface. If necessary, clean with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam.
• Apply only 1 thin covering layer. Spraying distance : 30 cm.
• After use, empty the nozzle by spraying with the can inverted.
• Respect the drying times.

Easy Weld Primer is not a primer coat before painting. Before finishing with paint, apply a Novafill Flex primer.

• Drying time at 23°C and 50% RH:
  • dust-dry after 10 min.
  • thumb-dry after 30 min.
  • dry after 1 hour.
• Recommended layer thickness: 9-16 micron.
• Shelf life: 24 months, dry, cool and frost-free.
