HOOK-AND-LOOP SYSTEM FOR QUICK AND EASY MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING
HL-Fix is a high-quality hook-and-loop system woven from 100% polyamide and provided with a water-based acrylic adhesive layer. Thanks to its fine woven structure it shows no stretch or shrinkage and is therefore also usable on uneven surfaces. HL-Fix has a very high tensile load, yet can still be dismounted easily. Can be mounted and dismounted up to 10,000 times.

Temperature-resistant and good adhesion, also on rougher surfaces.
The adhesive layer does not damage the surface.
Use
Apply to a dry and clean surface. If necessary, clean with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam.
Press firmly.

- Hook tape, loop tape, harpoon tape and back to back.
- Material: 100% polyamide. and water-based acrylic adhesive.
- Temperature resistance of the tape: -30°C to +140°C.
- Tensile strength: 2,3 N/cm width.
- Peel strength: 10 N/cm².
- Thickness: 3 mm (+/- 0,5 mm) (after closing).
- Temperature resistance of the adhesive: -15°C to +110°C.
- Application temperature: +20°C.
- Application: on a clean, grease-free, solid and dry surface.
- Press very firmly.
- Apply at room temperature.
- Maximum adhesion: after 72 hours.

- UV: good;
- aliphatic solvents: good;
- aromatics: good;
- water (cold): moderate.
- Removal: dissolves in hot water (90°C).
- Test adhesion first on substrates based on PE, PP, silicones and bitumen.
- Shelf life: 36 months, stored dry, cool and frost-free.
