HYBRID MS POLYMER ASSEMBLY ADHESIVE
Fastbond is a single-component hybrid MS polymer for bonding applications where high tensile strength is required. This high tensile strength is combined with very high flexibility and stress absorption for bonding and sealing various materials such as metals, engineering plastics and glass. The flexibility of Fastbond enables low-stress bonding of different materials.
Fastbond is safe to use and free of silicones.

Use
- Apply to a clean substrate. Clean if necessary using Safety Clean (chemical contamination) and/or Multifoam (natural contamination).
- Seal & Bond Special Primer improves adhesion on difficult-to-bond materials. Apply Seal & Bond Special Primer to both surfaces and allow to dry for five minutes before applying Fastbond.
Maintain a minimum glue thickness of 0.5mm and a maximum of 3mm. A thin adhesive layer builds strength faster.
Make sure the assembly stays in place for at least 6 hours after bonding.
Maximum strength is reached after seven days.

- Shelf life: 12 months, in original packaging between +5°C and +25°C and not exposed to moisture and sun.
