2K EPOXY MORTAR
- This 2K epoxy mortar is easy to process, to shape and cures shrink-free regardless of the thickness.
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and can even be applied vertically up to +/- 4 cm in one layer, so formwork is usually superfluous.
- Multipox is impact-resistant, water-, chemical- and frost-resistant and offers after curing a dust-free top layer with a high wear resistance.
- Can be drilled, sawn and ground after curing.
Advantages
3 x stronger than concrete.
For horizontal and vertical repairs, indoors and outdoors.
Extreme adhesion to wood, stone, concrete, natural stone, metal,..., without primer.
Cures shrink-free in unlimited layer thickness.
Use
- Add the entire contents of the bottle (hardener) to the epoxy mortar and mix well to a homogeneous mass.
- Apply to a dry, clean and stable substrate at a temperature above +5°C.
Working time after mixing: 40 to 60 min., walkable after 24 hours, mechanically loadable after 72 hours and chemically resistant after 7 days. High temperatures accelerate curing, low temperatures slow curing. Clean tools with Novatio Megaclean.
Freshly applied mortar covered with plastic film is smooth after curing.
