FINE PRIMER COAT

Nova Finish Primer is a fine primer coat that guarantees a perfect finish. Nova Finish Primer combines elasticiser and adhesion capabilities with rust-inhibiting elements. Thanks to Nova Finish Primer, you no longer have to pour away paint residues and clean guns for small repairs. Nova Finish Primer is very economical in use. To guarantee the covering power of the paint you use, Nova Finish Primer is available in 3 colours. Nova Finish Primer has a fine top layer, which facilitates finishing and means less sanding work. Nova Finish Primer is very suitable for accelerated drying with infrared.

Use

The adjustable nozzle makes this aerosol as manageable as a spray gun: width and flow adjustment in the head. Very suitable for accelerated drying with infrared.

• Shake well before use.
• Degrease the substrate with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam, then matt-sand.
• Always apply Nova Finish Primer in several thin layers. Spraying distance +/- 25cm.
• After use, empty the nozzle by spraying with the can inverted.

After drying (+/- 20 min.), Nova Finish Primer is sandable. Overpaintable with most common paints. After use, turn the spray can over and spray gas to keep the nozzle clean. On plastics containing PE or PP, Nova Finish Primer may have poorer or even poor adhesion. On these plastic substrates we recommend first using a Seal & Bond Special Primer after matt-sanding before applying Nova Finish Primer.

Which Novafill Flex to use?

• On metal as the first layer: Nova Finish Primer, for its rust-inhibiting capabilities.
• On other substrates (such as synthetic materials) as the first layer: Novafill Flex or Novafill Flex 2, for their adhesion capabilities (on difficult plastics first apply Seal&Bond Special Primer).
• Subsequent layers according to filling requirements: Novafiller, Novafill Flex or Novafill Flex2.
• As a top layer, before painting, Nova Finish Primer is recommended for its fine structure: easy finishing, time-saving thanks to less sanding work.
