EXTRA FILLING PRIMER COAT AND ADHESION PRIMER

Despite its very good filling power, Novafill Flex 2 has a very high flexibility. Ideal for economically carrying out small repairs and three base colours available for easier paint finishing. Novafill Flex 2 has a fine top layer, which facilitates finishing and means less sanding work. Novafill Flex 2 is suitable for accelerated drying with infrared.

Use

• After releasing the mixing ball, shake well before use.
• Degrease the substrate with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam, then matt-sand.
• Always apply Novafill Flex 2 in several thin layers. Spraying distance +/- 25cm.
• After use, clean the nozzle by spraying with the can inverted.

After drying (+/- 15 min.), Novafill Flex 2 is sandable (both wet and dry). Overpaintable after 2 hours with most common paints. On plastics containing PE or PP, Novafill Flex 2 may have poorer or even poor adhesion. The use of Seal & Bond Special Primer can considerably improve adhesion.

Which Novafill Flex to use?

• On metal as the first layer: Nova Finish Primer, for its rust-inhibiting capabilities.
• On other substrates (such as synthetic materials) as the first layer: Novafill Flex or Novafill Flex 2, for their adhesion capabilities (on difficult plastics first apply Seal&Bond Special Primer).
• Subsequent layers according to filling requirements: Novafiller, Novafill Flex or Novafill Flex 2.
• As a top layer, before painting, Nova Finish Primer is recommended for its fine structure: easy finishing, time-saving thanks to less sanding work.
