Product information "Novatio Novalube Ceramic H1 - aerosol 400ml"
FOOD-GRADE ANTI-SEIZE, LUBRICATING AND PROTECTIVE PASTE
Novalube Ceramic H1 is an NSF type H1 registered lubricant, formulated from ingredients that are all NSF registered, and provides the best lubrication in the worst conditions and also reduces wear in places of high friction and high temperatures. Novalube Ceramic H1 also does not attack rubbers or plastics and is not electrically conductive. Novalube Ceramic H1 provides all metals - even stainless steel - with a protective and anti-corrosion layer that is highly chemical- and heat-resistant and cannot be washed off by hot or cold water.
Advantages
Safe to use in the food industry.
Very high pressure resistance (2000 N/ cm²).
Free of metal particles and protects all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Extremely temperature-resistant from -40°C to +1400°C.
Does not melt away and prevents electrochemical influences.
Does not attack rubbers or plastics.
Fills in irregularities and is very highly pressure-resistant.
Simplifies assembly and disassembly.
The tightening torque is maintained.
Acid- and salt-resistant.
Economical in use.
Cannot be washed off with hot or cold water.
Use
- After releasing the mixing ball, shake well before use.
- Apply to a clean surface, clean with Safety Clean FS if necessary.
