RRE-570 Rust Remover is the safest and simplest way to remove rust from all ferrous metal objects; safe and environmentally friendly as it contains no acids or other hazardous chemical substances. Rust Remover is economical because it is diluted 1/10 with water and that solution regenerates so that it can be used several times. Active action deep into all cavities and hard-to-reach places thanks to the high capillarity. Even with prolonged contact, healthy metal is not attacked or etched. Rust Remover has a preventive action that prevents immediate rust formation, so that the metal can remain unprotected for a while after treatment.

Use

• Remove loose rust, dirt and grease.
• Dilute 1 litre of Rust Remover in 10 litres of clean water in a Novabucket, which ensures 360° contact and loosened rust falls through the grid.
• Fully immerse the parts.
• Rinse the parts with clean water, wipe away any black deposit and dry thoroughly.

The immersion time depends on the application. At 20°C, allow for:

• 15 to 30 minutes for light, superficial rust.
• 2 to 12 hours for a thick layer of rust.
• 12 to 36 hours for deep, swelling rust.

The reaction will accelerate with heating (up to a maximum of +50°C).

Protect the parts with Metalsol, Fixapox, Nova Finish Primer or Multi Super 5.
