LIQUID GASKET

Seal & Bond Flex-Sil is a sealant based on acetate-free silicone, with excellent adhesion to most materials. Seal & Bond Flex-Sil has high elasticity as well as excellent chemical and temperature resistance. Seal & Bond Flex-Sil presspack makes the use of a gun unnecessary.
Application
- Sealing machine parts.
- Insulating and moisture-proofing electrical contacts on electric motors.
- Sealing seams between sheet material.
- Prevents galvanic action.
- Bonding light objects to non-porous surfaces.
- Adheres to: steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, copper, brass, bronze, paintwork, glass, ceramics and various types of plastic.

- Processing temperature: +5°C to +35°C.
- Chemical resistance: oils, greases, lubricants, diesel, petrol, ad blue, IPA, transmission and brake fluids, antifreeze, water, steam, heating oil, alkalis, acetone, salt solutions, mild acids (up to 20%), ... .
- Temperature resistance: -40°C to +250°C, briefly up to +300°C.
- Shelf life: 18 months, cool, dry and dark at +5°C to +25°C in unopened original packaging.
