HIGH-TECH CONSTRUCTION ADHESIVE FOR BONDING AND ASSEMBLING

This MS Polymer has an extremely fast and super-strong initial adhesion on the most diverse materials. This solvent- and isocyanate-free assembly adhesive has a super high tensile strength and shows no signs of ageing. Seal & Bond MS Construct is neutral and also acid-free, allowing it to be used on the most diverse materials, even on natural stone. Seal & Bond MS Construct allows adhesive beads of 40 mm in height to be applied without deforming.

Use

• Service temperature +5°C to +40°C.
• Apply the adhesive on one side in dots or beads, on a clean substrate. Clean with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam if necessary.
• Press the bond firmly together.
• Due to the high initial adhesion, support is usually unnecessary (test first).
• Finish adhesive seams with Safety Clean.
• Adhesive residues are easy to finish off with Safety Clean.

  • 24h - 2.5 mm
  • 48h - 3.5 mm
• Temperature resistance: -40°C to +90°C .
• Processing temperature: from +5°C to +40°C.
• Chemical resistance:
  • good: water, salt water, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases, diluted organic acids and alkalis
  • moderate: ester, ketones and aromatics
  • poor: concentrated acids, chlorinated solvents
• Weather resistance: perfect.
• Attention: First test adhesion on substrates based on PE, PP, silicones, teflon, ... .
