Product information "RAM® 8" lockable upper pole"
The RAM upper Tele-Pole™, 8" male pole, features a swing arm connection point that fits directly onto any double swing arm system with a 1.5" socket. The male pole is 8" long and has a diameter of 1.328". The locking knob features a brass 5/16"-18 thread; this allows you to disable the screwing action of the knob. Once you have set your holder in the desired position, you can lock it in place and be assured that your mounted device stays exactly where you left it.
