The RAM ROD® inside ratchet adapter allows the direct attachment of a 1.5” RAM ball to any of RAM's many rod holders that use the tooth-and-groove system. The groove ball adapter can be attached directly to the rod holder extension, as well as to the short and standard rod holder post extensions. This allows the attachment of a ball-and-socket rod holder to the end of a rod holder extension, the pinnacle of rod holder functionality and adjustability.
