Product information "RAM® composite Octagon Button with receiver for RAM® Pod™"
This part is supplied with the RAM-POD-I (RAM-316-1A). The female socket fits around a 0.5" diameter flex rod and uses a set screw to clamp the bracket piece in place. The other end of the pole cap has a male Octagon Button that connects to the RAM female Octagon Button arms.
