Product information "RAM® double ball U-bolt mount with round plate"
The RAM-101U-IP1 consists of a zinc-plated U-bolt base, a double socket arm and a round base with a 2.5" diameter featuring the universal AMPS hole pattern. This package includes hardware suitable for rails from 0.50" to 1.25" in diameter. The base includes black cover caps that are placed over the exposed ends of the U-bolt. The supplied composite rail adapter can narrow the rail to a minimum width of 0.5". The mount is designed with a patented RAM rubber ball-and-socket system with a 1.5" diameter, with adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allows virtually infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles.
