The RAM-B-101-A-237U consists of a short double socket arm, a round base of 2.5" diameter and a rubber ball of 1" diameter, connected to a 1/4"-20 camera thread. The male thread fits the most standard female threads of cameras and camcorders on the underside of the camera. The round base contains pre-drilled holes, including the universal AMPS hole pattern. The mount incorporates a patented rubber ball-and-socket system of 1" diameter with adjustment points at both ends of the socket arm; with a turn of the arm knob this provides infinite articulation and optimal viewing angles.
