Product information "RAM® Flex-Rod™ 18" ball with track base"
The RAM Flex-Rod™ track holder consists of an 18" rigid aluminium rod with a ribbed plastic sleeve, a track base with T-bolt for virtually any track system, and a B-size 1" rubber ball on top for connecting any RAM ball-and-socket system mounting component. Simply insert or slide the holder into your track and turn clockwise to lock. Turn counterclockwise to adjust or remove the holder when needed.
